“I’ve recently bought a new tv and a washing machine from marks electricals and I cannot fault the service. Really competitive prices, the washing machine was £80 cheaper than a rival company! Delivery service is unbelievably brilliant. Availability, fast, reliable and you even get a 2 hour time slot the night before and then a text shortly before they arrive. Amazing 🤩”

“I was so happy with the amount of detail and care that is provided and put into the customer service. They update you on delivery dates, times and arrived at the exact time they said they would. They also call ahead to ensure you received the delivery details and to confirm if the time they suggested is okay. Very happy with the service , will be my 6/7th time My household have purchased with them and they still yet to fault them.”

“The service was absolutely first class from the word go. Once I placed my order I received several emails informing me of my choice of delivery I.e. my date of choice and was informed the day before delivery of a 2 hour slot on the day. Delivery men telephoned me half an hour prior to arrival which was fantastic. Timing was spot on to the minute and Garry J and Zak W were brilliant, so friendly and professional and brought my appliance into my kitchen. Highly recommend this company to anyone first class service.”
