“Very kind assistant who helped me with my bra fit. Her name is Sayra who was extremely helpful, funny, polite, kind and extremely professional. Her colleague was also on the till who was also very helpful. I visited the store on the 5th January 2025, Sayra deserves an award for employee of the month and should be given some money to spend on herself. “Very sad and wierd experience at M n S Charlton yesterday. Having been a loyal customer for years, I was appalled by the behaviour of the manager . I had an issue with a Jacket that I believe had faulty fabric; It didn't wash well.
It didn't really matter what solution they had but the manager dealing with me was very unprofessional dealing with me a customer with a stern face as though I had stolen an item. I spend a lot on clothing and food at M n S Charlton so a lil smile will be appreciated. Do bear in that without customers you wouldn't be throwing your weight about as a M n S manager. Also, be kind to all customers be it white, black and brown. Good customer service is what keeps customers coming.”
