“I had a problem with 2 grain spawn bags I ordered but as soon as I contacted MM about the issue they were quick to help resolve the issue and offered me a replacement for both bags and some additional spore syringes too, great customer service!”

“Bought the Monotube kit about a week ago and was very impressed with the kit, it has everything needed to start growing.
I’m a beginner and wanted to grow Lion’s mane mushroom from scratch, normally I would buy the pre-inoculated blocks, but thought this year I would try one of MM mono tube kits as it is a good step up. I went for the subscription as it is hassle free and at a great price compared to other suppliers. Well worth it if you are a beginner and want to keep growing on a regular bases, thanks MM 🍄🟫”

Kaz is a legend if you have any problems no matter how big or small it's sorted, replacements are sent and delivered next day (customer service 6⭐). The product that they offer is far superior to any other product out there, grain bags or bulk substrates the fruits that are produced are beautiful (product 5⭐). Information on any subject relating to mushrooms, growing practices, materials etc they have knowledge that will take years to gain at there finger tips, so make use of it! The product is great. I did find it a little tricky to find the right place to house it and initially tried side fruiting which I think was a mistake. The mushroom seems to prefer top fruiting.
With some advise from the team I will now set up a shelter to try and keep in a bit more moist
