I returned them within a couple of days and now, nearly 4 weeks later and an email saying my refund was sent to my account, I'm still awaiting for my money. I won't buy from this company again and only wish I'd read the reviews of other people who've had the same or similar experience.”

Have now been waiting more than a week for refund, checked they'd received the returned goods, and despite multiple emails to the company, who despite having a phone number, do not take phone calls, have not had a reply! Would not recommend.”

I have sent 2 emails to ask where my refund is but despite Martildo stating on their website that emails will be replied to within 24 hours, mine have not!
