“Been back to see Stuart at Warrington as he was great at sorting my last tv purchase, talked me and the wife through all the bundle options and we got a great new TV with free soundbar and he even ordered us in a new wine cooler. Very grateful”

“My Samsung TV developed a problem after a few weeks. Samsung quickly established that there was fault and I was informed that I would be contacted by Martin Dawes to rectify the problem. I was contacted by Claire from MD within hours and she arranged for my TV to be picked up 3 days later. It was picked up, as scheduled. 3 days later I spoke to Claire who told me it needed a new screen, which had been ordered. MD received the new screen and re-assembled my TV 2 days later. It was delivered to me shortly before Christmas , as Claire had assured me that they would try to do. MD have been excellent and the two personnel, John (1) who picked up and John (2) who delivered my TV. Claire, to whom I spoke a number of times, has also been superb. Thank You and happy new year to you all. Alan Morris”

“recently purchased a brand new LG OLED55B7V 55" Ultra HD OLED TV from Martin Dawes. Ayesha was most helpful; she answered all of my questions via chat, and I quickly bought the item using their 0% finance option. This was last Monday, and the TV turned up nice and early on the Saturday (as agreed). I have since set up the TV and I'm really happy with it. Martin Dawes were great, the price was fantastic, and delivery via TNT was quick and without issue. Would recommend to anyone, and will certainly use again in the future. The full 5 stars from me. “I never really leave reviews but....I'd never heard of Martin Dawes before so was sceptical when I saw that they had the cheapest price. However, hands down I have never had such a good experience buying online. Updates the whole way by the same person and even a call after delivery to check I was satisfied with the products. Great service and definitely recommend!”
