“I am pleased with my chair yet feel I really don’t understand how to fully use it to it’s fullest capacity. I have a Jin 2.0” Would very much like Luis to call me & walk me thru the process of using the remote, at his convenience. I know there is a time difference, I’m in Florida. 3:00 my time would be fantastic My phone number is 386 290 0177 , should he call to set a time. “I got the chair before they said i would by a good week and it was very eazy to put together and it works great i even got the extended warranty because i saved so much on the chair and its well made and its really heavy but we are enjoying it everyday”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of deciding which chair to buy. They provided good feedback during the intervening delivery time as to the estimated delivery date when delays at the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach became a concern. Lastly, the delivery and set up was excellent. I would use their services again or recommend them to anyone who is interested in a purchase in the future without reservation.”
