“Amazing customer service, quick at responding to my questions by email, and answering my call straight away. They found me the right product I was looking for to clean my previously bought clippers - which are working an absolute dream on my overly hairy Gypsy Vanner Horse. I bought the Show Mate 2 model and the oil that goes with it together with the antimicrobial cleaning spray have all been a godsend. Thank you. From Anne.”

“hi after ordering my clippers & 30 & 7 blade as well i’m a dogroomer & was really dissatisfied that these will not clip any of my dogs bichons , poodle mixes etc wool coats they are constantly catching on the fur ive tryed so many times but they aren’t getting any better ,thanks pauline”

Hi Pauline, I am so sorry that you are dissatisfied with the clippers. This is very disappointing and as you can see from other reviews very unsual. I can arrange to get the clippers back here for a refund and will email you a returns label. We never leave people stranded with clippers they are not happy with. I cannot explain why these clippers will not work on any of the breeds you have tried. I can only assume they have a fault because they usually cut through through hair like butter. “I recently purchased the MD Roamer Clippers. I find them easy to use, more so than my corded Masterclip Clippers. My Mini Schnauzer is a wriggler and the Roamer is easier to manoeuvre when he plays up. Great clippers, powerful and fairly quiet.”

“purchased a pair of Pro clippers recently and they are a very high quality and the cut is absolutely brilliant. On cleaning I noticed that the hinge clip was broken and I contacted Masterclip for information on the repair processes. The after sales contact process is probably the best I have used in many years and my issue was sorted within hours. Brilliant service and well worth the 5 stars.”

“Good mains cipper. Not as easy to use as a cordless you just need a little more planning where you are going to do the cipping. good range of spares and replacement clipper heads. Excelent for the five springers.”

“I've used cheaper clippers in the past and wished I'd not wasted my money, even though more expensive these are fantastic, did a very shaggy springer spaniel in 40 mins, so easy to use and cuts perfectly, highly recommended 👍”
