“As assistant to a horticulturalist these shearers were recommended for me to use to prune box hedges/balls/topiary etc. They cut beautifully, clean up well so are excellent. 10/10”

“Sturdy clippers. Charged both batteries up both showed green on charger but 1 would not work in clippers. I called Masterclip customer service to clarify if battery was under warranty. It was and replacement battery arrived 2 days later, first class service.”

“Absolutely useless clippers for triming Shit_Tsu. Could not cut through under coat no matter what. Did not return them because the companies return policy is so restrictive I.e. cannot return them if they have been used !!”

Hi Charles I am so sorry that you have had a bad experience. We never leave people stranded with clippers that do not work and will always work with you to sort out a solution. You purchased a trimmer not a clipper and the trimmer has limited capabilty for full body clipping. With a Shih Tzu you would be much better to try clippers with the appropriate blades for thecoat type. I will send you a label so you can send the trimmer back for a full refund or we can do a part exchange for a dog clipper. I will contact you on email to resolve this. Again I am sorry you are disappointed but we are always here to help you get the correct product for your dog. Kind Regards Susie
