“A wonderful service. All aspects of the highest quality. This is the second time I’ve used the service and both times I’ve been exceptionally well looked after. In my experience (my own and talking to others) this company is easily the most cost effective company to buy clippers from and have them maintained. The clippers always come back as good as new. I’m always contacted to discuss what’s been found and how to proceed. The clippers themselves - heavy duty, variable rate, mains - are running perfectly after 7 years of use on my yard. What’s not to like? Those new to clipping large animals, remember the other half of a cost effective process is keeping your blades sharpened!”

“Prompt service, kept informed of order progress. Great clipper, perform well and give a good clip. Maybe a bit noisier than some but my horse not bothered. Good instructions on how to use & maintain, emphasising regular oiling. Irish clip in half an hour; job done!”

“I sent in my clippers for repair and it turned out that the problem was with the blades I had recently had sharpened, not the clippers themselves. I had a phone call explaining what the issues might be and my clippers were returned to me free of charge. I really cannot fault their customer service and Adam was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Masterclip and will definitely be using them again.”
