“Clippers themselves first class but had a problem with the battery charger which seemed faulty but after contacting Masterclip and talking to Adam he immediately sent out a replacement charger which I have not yet had to use. I am delighted with the service provided.”

“Having used Masterclip corded clippers these new cordless clippers are brilliant as you are able to groom anywhere and they are much quieter than my previous clipper, plus there is the benefit of two batteries which not all brands supply as standard not forgretting the extra clipping guides.”

“I bought a set of clipper combs for my dog trimmers unfortunately they were too big & didn’t fit, I rang up & explained this & the lady advised which to buy & I got a full refund on the others. Postage was very fast too, great service more than happy, thank you.”

“I decided to invest in a decent set of clippers at last. I've been grooming my cocker spaniel for a couple of years and couldn't believe the difference. I wish I'd bought these sooner. I even bought a grooming table. Now grooming is more enjoyable for both of us. I've attached a before and a couple of after photos. I clipped her with a 6mm guard.”
