“Purchased the cordless Masterclip MD roamer and they it is phenomenal. The quality of the cut is superb, the roamer is easy to hold and manipulate around the dogs fur (3x well overdue spaniels!), they even find it a more pleasant experience than using other corded clippers. Prompt delivery from ordering, comes presented in a lovely metal case with inserts to keep everything in place. Highly recommended.”

I spoke to Anna who dealt with my inquiry in a most professional, efficient and polite manner. She is indeed an asset to Masterclip. “I have bought several clipper blades recently after getting a cockerpoo puppy. I find they do the job brilliantly and as his coat grows like weeds I'm cutting him every 3/4weeks to keep his Teddy bear look and have had loads of compliments.”

“I am a complete novice but found the clippers very easy to use - light enough not to put too much strain on hands. I did find the on/off switch a bit tricky to locate when needed, but i am sure that's down to my inexperience. Instructions for maintenance and use were very clear”

“The customer service was so helpful and due to her advice and support I decided they were the right clippers to go for. She assured me I would get a full refund if any problems. These are a considered purchase so needed to be right. They arrived the next day and I did my first cut on George my cavapoo the day after, they were brilliant. So pleased. They cut through his curly hair with ease and made light work of it. The cordless aspect was a godsend as I did it in the garden and was easy. I feel confident that my cutting skills will improve with time and ultimately will save us a lot of grooming fees. Thank you Masterclip. I highly recommend your company.”
