“Great advice given regarding the clipper blades that i required for my dog. Blades received with the clippers were too short for a winter cut so I needed an alternative. Blades received within 2 days and give my Cocker Spaniel a longer cut which is perfect for the winter months.”

“I contacted Masterclip in respect of suitable clippers to clip 2 nervous miniature shetlands and having read the spec in respect of the V series Premium variable speed clipper asked whether they would be suitable, they confirmed that they would and very helpfully changed the fine blade which came as standard to a medium blade without extra cost and they helped with the on line order to achieve the changes, the order arrived the next day and the clippers are excellent.”

“Had my clippers for 18 months and the cog teeth snapped, as they were still in warranty I was sent a new part this was easy to fix and sent out straight away!! Lovely customer service and the best clippers for the hairiest of cobs and they’re quick, quiet and cordless would definitely recommend the HDR”
