“Great service. Fast delivery. Used clippers for the first time in my Shetland and they just glided through his hair. Did a full clip in not time with a good finish to the clip. Easy to clean afterwards.”

“Fantastic customer service. Had a pair of MD roamer clippers seize up. thought they were under warranty but could not find the receipt. Contacted customer services who were extremely helpful, confirmed they were in warranty and sent out a replacement which arrived in the next mornings post. You could not ask for more, well done Masterclip”

“Clippers really good went through my horses thick coat really well , very pleased but they did get hot very quickly, that was my only issue with the clippers .”

In terms of reducing heat that is caused by blade friction, we recommend oiling the blade every 3 to 5 minutes whilst you clip and clipping with a low tension. “These are reliable heavy duty clippers that mean that I can clip my horse quickly. The battery is long lasting and much easier and safer than having electric cables around”

“I sent my clippers to be serviced/ repaired after they kept over heating and turning off (couple of years old now & purchased 2nd hand not direct). Not only was the turnaround super fast, but it was very reasonably priced & they work perfectly now! Many thanks 😄”

“Purchased my Masterclip horse clippers after my previous clippers stopped working (not Masterclip brand). Used for the first time at the weekend just to tidy up hogged mane, legs and tail. Very happy with them. They are larger and heavier than my last clippers, but soon got used to them.”
