Although the clippers were great for small areas they weren’t able tackle my sprocket spaniel’s thick coat. I returned the clippers and got a full refund. The customer service advisor recommended an alternative set.

Can't fault the company, ordered in the morning, and was here next day. Unfortunately, I had to return the clippers as was buying them for a farmer friend, but found out they had already bought a set of masterclip clippers. Returning them was easy and quick, and had my refund in 2 days
