“Unfortunately my clippers weren’t working properly. I just contacted customer service and they replaced them immediately. No query or questioning. They sent out new clippers immediately. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you very much! Trustworthy company.”

“Watched d YouTube tutorial, researched clippers due to my new cob mare having irritating feather mites causing stamping and biting her own heels. Easy to order, rang you during day to order and pay instead of internet. Arrived 47hours later. Like the whole package and carry case. Easy to use and charge. Pleased blades easily removed and refitted. Even the oil bottle, remember to pierce the white disc to release the oil into the screw top for easy dobbing to blade. Low noise and vibration. Different size blades range to suit horse hair requirements. Excellent service.”

“OMG , this is an impressive tool for those matted furs, It cut through like knife through butter !!! I was wondering if there was such a clipper, after reading reviews I bought this one and oh boy it's did a amazing jobs on my 2 dogs, a Cavapoo and his mother a king Charles spaniel who had extremely matted furs, I shaved both in a under an hour and the battery was still at 75%. Don't look for anything else, this is a MUST have for all pets parents”

“I ordered my clippers, and received them very quickly. However, two of the blades I had ordered were missing. I rang them and they immediately sent out the missing blades, and lots of apologies, and I receive them in the next day. I am so far enjoying the use of my new clippers with my five dogs, who all had their summer clip this last weekend. I watched the YouTube video with the Lhasa, to get an idea of the best way to use the skip blade, as I have never used to skip blade before. I have realised I need a different kind of blade for my Springer Spaniel, although the cut was still very good . All my guys look great with their new haircuts and it was very quick to do each dog. I got nearly 2 dogs done on one charge, so having the second battery was a blessing. They also charged up very quickly.”
