“I am very happy with the corner sink unit that I purchsed. The quality is good and fits very well into my downstairs cloakroom. The delivery date was longer than I expected although in my case it wasn't a problem. Overall a good service.”

“items arrived when stated and delivery driver phoned when on his way. two men kindly unloaded the furniture and placed it in a suitable area, items were as stated on the website, photos were a true likeness”

“A toilet cistern. It was cheap. It looked cheap and plasticky. But it doesn't leak. And it flushes. Either big flush or little flush. Its concealed behind the toilet. So it doesn't need to make a fashion statement. So all good.”

“product is fine ,after the first two were of poor finish quality. delivery is awful , courier company used is very slow to deliver. financial reasons I presume ,but very poor service”

We're currently looking into adding further checks of our products in addition to those already in place. We aim to deliver all our products within 2-4 working days after the receipt of the despatch confirmation email. We offer a two-man delivery service on our larger orders. In these cases, the logistics team contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time window that is convenient for you. Also included in this service, the delivery team contact you an hour before delivery so that you can expect their arrival, they unpack the item(s) in a room of your choice and they take the packaging away for you.
