“I can only say how poor their customer service is! The website promises delivery in 2-4 days I had to wait 15 days The day of delivery came and the guys who delivered were fine but they arrived 2 hours after promised delivery time! Two items were wrong and when I phoned they made me pay up front to get the new item delivered and I have to wait until they collect the items before I get a refund! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Let hope the bathroom suite lives up to expectations!”

“The product was ok but there was no way to attach the sink to the vanity unit, the sink just has to sit on top of the cupboard. The plug hole part has 2 holes instead of a pipe to attach to the overflow which means that water builds up & because the plughole attachment isnt watertight, water leaks from the joint. We had to use a whole lot of sealant in order to get this sink functional & water tight.”

“Very pleased with the matress, but what brought me to your website was te 2-4 day delivery of the matress, it then took 2 weeks to arrive which meant I had to take a further day off work. I asked why it the timeline wasn't met and was told via email, that it was only a guide line and not definite. My option would be not to state this if you can't meet the time frame, this was the only reason I went to your website and picked a matress that could be delivered in time with me being off work”

We’ve looked into this for you and the delay is the due to the availability of drivers in your area. “Bedrom furniture arrived after 12 days when it should of been 2-4.it arrived in damaged packaging,lucky the furniture was not damaged,quality of furniture ok but not worth the money.wont use matalan direct again.”

We aim to deliver all our orders within 2-4 working days from the date that you receive your despatch confirmation email, however I’m sorry if your order arrived later than you’d hoped.
