“Hi, Recently I purchased some items form the burton store, however I did struggle to find a few things. Now we get to why I'm writing this review. A member of staff called Natalie, the young girl with dark hair and very nice eyebrows, went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, 5/5 stars for her and she should be congratulated on her hard work! :-) Many thanks, Sheila”

“The toilet seat wasnt the same as the picture online, but was still of good quality for the money i paid. Fast delivery but poor communication when contacted, they replied 3days later.”

“I have purchased a table and four chairs from the Genevieve range. They are exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with them. However, when they arrived the boxes were branded as Juliet table and chairs. Having googled this, I was extremely upset to find that Matalan were selling Juliet as Genevieve, but with another company online the Juliet table was £26 cheaper, and each pair of chairs £26 cheaper, meaning that I could have bought the self same set for £78 cheaper from Furniture Joy. I did bring this to the attention of Matslan Direct management, and received a telephone call, but unfortunately no price matching or compromise! The other firm mentioned do a full range of items in this range, so afe definitely worth a look!”

“I'd been looking for some shelving that was attractive, fitted my space, was practical and within my budget for some time. Matalan's cube bookcases fulfilled all these criteria. I'm really pleased with my purchase.”

Hello Nadine Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate to hear that you has some trouble whilst receiving your order. Having looked into your order i can see that it was indeed a multi item order, in this case it seems that instead of waiting to send all your items together they have sent one of the items as soon as they received them from us as they were trying to get them to you as soon as possible. However my apologies for this as it has resulted in an initial partial delivery which has left you without certain items.We appreciate this feedback and we have passed it onto our logistics team which deals with this, as it will help improve us and our courier service . “I bought a small silver grey armchair. It's lovely, just as the pic, seems well made and is comfortable too. Delivery was well organised and the 2 delivery guys were really nice. Thoroughly recommend all aspects of the service.”
