“Excellent WC system, which we shall take to France to replace our very old (200 year) system in our cottage. It is much cheaper than one would have cost there, but appears to be of excellent quality. Delivery was as promised and very well packaged. Many thanks from Maurice Richards.”

“Delivered promptly and well packaged. High gloss finish on bathroom units looks good and will be easy to keep clean. Mostly pre-assembled - which is a bonus these days. Only have to reverse the handles (which are cleverly mounted inside to protect them during transit), and have to add the included extension pieces for the overhanging sink (all pre-drilled so very easy). Overall the units seem quite solid and are good value.”

“I am pleased to say that the cabinet was of very good quality and strong build, a little tight for the plumbing however! Excellent basin, in all I am well pleased.”

“I arranged to have a call from the drivers about 30 minutes before they were due at my house, which they did. The delivery men were both very nice, polite and considerate when they brought the very large box into my house. The cupboard itself looked just like the photo's and is now happily in situ in my new bathroom.”

“still not received my item. Had a phone call this morning to say that you could deliver tomorrow but there is nobody in. No alternative date given. Said that they would phone next week. This is not good enough. Why was I not given the chance to book a delivery next week and arrange for somebody to be here to collect it?”

“I ordered a bathroom basin tap and thermostatic shower valve. although these items have yet to be fitted I cannot fault the service between Matalan and DPD delivery. excellent all round will use again in the future.”

“800 wide basin and unit under. Hard to locate, great quality for the money. Very good in fact. Outstanding value for money and I fit bathrooms for a living so was dubious at first not knowing if the quality would be there , but great delivery and communication and great value for money . Faultless which is a first. Would use again and hope to say the same again”
