“Good range and prices”

“The quality of the taps are excellent. They look beautiful and go wonderfully well with the basins and the unit I bought for them to stand on. They arrived quickly and in good condition. They are very heavy which I think adds to the quality. I think they are extremely good value for money, and it is not very often I say that about a product. We have not fitted them yet, as other jobs are being finished off by the contractors first. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who wants to impress.”

“After a little confusion setting myself up for the first time all went well. The item arrived safe and secure and faster than anticipated so I had no excuse not to put it up on the week-end. Looks great and I will certainly be back buying more from Matalan Direct soon.”

“Contacted by telephone, 1st time very quickly answered, probably a quieter time of day 2pm , 2nd call had to wait about 7 minutes this was at about 11am. However the representative was very helpful, and answered my queries. Order came on time, and was packed really well, Happy with purchases.”

“I have been looking everywhere for a stylish and affordable shower for a while. I was recommended Eath Bathrooms by a friend and I was surprised by the great range and why I'd never found them before! “Prompt and helpful, and they answer their phone :). Not fitted the taps yet, but they arrived fast! Unlike another online store (cheaptapstore) which is definitely to be avoided. Matalan Direct saved the day.”

“Your products are great quality for a great price, all was delivered on time and we then discovered that although it was very well packaged the top of the toilet cistern was damaged we made a quick call sent a picture to you and it was replaced within 2days thank you brilliant service we will use you again.”

“I finally ordered a small vanity unit for our bedroom and I am so pleased I decided on Matalan Direct. I believe the same item was on other sites at a higher price. The services was so quick and efficient with great information on tracking the delivery. The packaging was also really effective without over doing it with realms of cardboard to dispose of. It is not yet fitted as the plummer comes on Friday but it is solid and attractive, so for the money is really excellent. Look no further if you are buying on line!”
