“Items, a sink and tap, arrived less than 48 hours after ordering, extremely safely packed and both absolutely surpassed our expectations in quality and finish. Also had useful technical feedback from their customer service team prior to ordering. Only went to Matalan after a dismal experience with one of their rivals - not saying who but think "plumb" and "world" - and very frustrated that we didn't come across them earlier.”

“I recently purchased a white heated towel rail from Matalan Direct and I have to say it was beyond my expectations. It is beautifully finished in a high gloss white which was what I wanted to blend in with my new wet room. I saw this online at Matalan Direct web site, the cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the product, and then to cap it all, it arrived via courier less than thirty six hours after placing the order. I wish all companies were son easy to deal with!”

“The mirror cabinet I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived very quickly in less time than stated & was packaged extremely well. I don't believe I have ever received an item so well packed. Telephone staff were very helpful & I found the site very easy to use”

“WE HAVE COMPLETELY REFURBISHED OUR BUNGALOW AND MATALAN DIRECT ARE THE BEST PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION USING THEM AGAIN ,I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND MATALAN DIRECT TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIONS. I HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS OUT OF 5. “If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Absolutely faultless Customer Service. Frequent updates on dispatch and delivery and an issue regarding minor damage caused in transit was resolved within hours. I would without doubt use them again. Excellent work - A credit to internet shopping.”
