“ There is absolutely no customer service by telephone or email. I have tried to contact Matches for 2 weeks. No one answer the phone and no one answers email. Returns process is a nightmare and refunds another nightmare. A company cannot advertise that they have customer service when they have no such service. It is false advertising I have given Matches 1 star because that is the lowest option... but I would rather give is 0 stars. ”
