There is absolutely no customer service by telephone or email. I have tried to contact Matches for 2 weeks. No one answer the phone and no one answers email.
Returns process is a nightmare and refunds another nightmare.
A company cannot advertise that they have customer service when they have no such service. It is false advertising
I have given Matches 1 star because that is the lowest option... but I would rather give is 0 stars.

So I wrote to the customer service and they reply with a new return policy “sorry, no returns allowed for orders placed before 8th of March”.

We should also leave negative reviews at Frasers group page. They chose not to honor refunds for returns made!
Same story with many others. I returns the items on the 9th March after submitting return request successfully on the 7th March. Returns reached Matches on the 12th March. Refund was refused! Customer service told me to go to my bank for help.

Does anyone know what can be done to get the refund or the parcel back? Same story, i made a return and just received this email... im looking for for the solution to force them at least to send back the order.... its a fraud, no matter what terms they have, the returns of online orders just must be accepted within 14 days...
