“I wasn't sure what to make of this service at first because it was recommended to me after searching online. However they were great. They called like the site said they would, I gave them a picture of where the mattress was located and they came and picked it up. What I was thankful for was they called me when they had an issue with another pick up, letting me know that they were still coming and they apologized for the inconvenience. I thought that was excellent service. They also answered all my questions about the service too. I highly recommend them, they're fast, efficient and customer-oriented.”

“Mr James Henderson was friendly, professional, and ultra fast. He called prior to his arrival, called on arrival outside my street, and was very accommodating when there was no parking on my city one way street. He was ultra fast -/ in and out within minutes.”

“My window was 8-12. I called office at noon to see what was going on. The office had my driver call me. Truck problems. Said he’d be at my house at 4. Called again with delay. Came around 6pm. Once he arrived, he was most pleasant, apologetic, and professional. His helper had left since the truck had issues. My husband assisted in getting the items in the truck. All in all, mission accomplished.”
