“Very easy to book the appointment online. Then on the day of the pickup, the driver called me to let me know she was on the way. I was not going to be home so I let her know I left the box spring on my driveway to pick up. Will use them again when I replace my mattress.”

“I arranged the mattress removal from my old apartment after I had already moved. The landlady, when I asked about it, texted, "It went fine." I assume that means very good. She's a woman of few words.”

“I scheduled a pick up online and received a call later that night that the day had to change. I asked why I was able to schedule it in the first place/why it was available to choose online and the representative said it was a glitch in their system. Not the most efficient scheduling process. I secured a paper note on my two mattresses to alert the driver and my neighbors that they were for Mattress Disposal Plus. I wasn't thrilled to see the driver simply took the paper and threw it on the ground... Right next to my garbage can. Odd to see it was just left as litter on my yard.”

Thank you for reaching to let us know about your experience. Unfortunately, we do have a cut off for next day service of 4 pm et as that is when the routing begins for the next day. I have passed this information along to our development team so they can look into this issue and hopefully correct the problem. Leaving the paper that was left for the driver's convenience is unacceptable and I want to sincerely thank you for letting us know this occurred. We are not able to improve or even maintain our service without valuable feedback such as this. I do hope you will give us another opportunity to provide the service that I know we can. “Came at the scheduled time, picked up my old mattress and boxspring quickly, and went on their way. Would recommend to anyone who needs to dispose of old junk but doesn't have the capability to it themselves.”

“Mattress Disposal Plus was an excellent and easy way to dispose of old mattresses and furniture. I found them easy to schedule an appointment on line. I was able to schedule a pick up time within 24 hours. The driver was very courteous and gave me the promised call when he was about 20 minutes away. I would highly recommend this company. Reasonable rates too.”
