“The sub-contractor, Load Up, was professional, prompt, and very accommodating. Tony picked up my Puffy return mattress by himself, but he had a system of taping and wrapping that was very efficient. I would recommend both Puffy and Load Up very highly.”

“Acted like they had never moved a mattress and box spring before. They had no idea how to get it down my stairs and nearly damaged my railing in the process! I had to coach them through the entire process to avoid them damaging my home, and then they left dirt on my carpet and up and down my stairs from their dirty boots! They looked and behaved extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I will never recommend or use your company again!👎”
