“There was a slight hiccup when the driver accidentally "completed" my record. However, it was fixed quickly. Driver and helper were great. I would definitely recommend.”

“It was very easy to use this service from booking on-line to having them come and pick up our old mattresses. They were there within the time frame and I had a call when they were on their way. I would definitely use them again.”

“This was a great service. Two guys were in and out quickly. I had to have a bed removed and I needed to be able to count on it being taken on a certain day and I needed them to do the heavy lifting and so it was worth the price to get excellent service. I would use them again.”

“King bed, including headboard, frame, and mattresses had been previously moved by family into the garage for pick up. Only one person arrived for removal and was unaware that items for removal were king-sized. Customer feels that if items had not been moved to the garage that there likely could have been some damage to walls done with only having one person available for removal. Employee was kind and courteous.”

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We sincerely apologize for any and all inconvenience caused to you during your pickup. We do require that our Loaders have a helper present during their pickups and I would like to let you know that we have contacted the driver manager in the area to avoid this happening again in the future.
