“Driver call half hour before arrival. The guys were very nice and courteous. They were very fast and efficient. The whole process from arrival didn’t take long considering it’s a two story home.”

“The pick up service was great. I think the cost should have been a little less. I feel the cost I saved purchasing t mattress from a self help store was offset by the cost to discard the mattress. The guys picking up the mattress were very polite and helpful.”

We do our very best to provide excellent service at a reasonable rate and usually, we are 25% - 35% less than our competitors. We do offer many opportunities for extra savings on top of that. “On time and very efficient. I felt that $66.00 was a little expensive to remove a thin couch mattress but the cost for the other 4 mattresses was a little more reasonable.”

“I cannot rave enough about my experience with this company. I was contacted the day before by the person picking up my furniture to confirm a time. The people who picked up my furniture were extremely nice, gave Me a heads up for their arrival, and removed my furniture quickly. They were absolutely amazing. It helped with the stress of having large furniture removed. Highly recommend this company.”

“I left my very heavy Full size box spring outside of my apartment. It was picked up on time and I received a text notification when it was picked up. I used the $5 coupon for signing up with my email. This was cheaper than "College Hunks Hauling Junk" which charges per space used on truck and would have been $115 for a full size box spring. Very pleased with my choice!”

“Very good service. Mattress Disposal maintained regular contact to let me know who and when the mattress would be picked up. The local personnel were timely and did a great job to getting the mattress out of the house. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I was called 1 hour before the pickup crew came to the house and then in less than 10 min they were able to take my box spring and mattress. Definitely would recommend and use them again in the future.”

“I guessthey subcontracted this service. Since the truck had a different logo. I think it hada 360 on the side. They were outstanding and very competitive. Others were asking too much to remove the mattresses and lost on this deal. .”

“First, the man who was contracted to remove my mattress called in advance and asked if I would be able to help him carry it out. When I said I could not, he enlisted his son to help him. They arrived and told me their shoes were clean. I trusted them and let them upstairs to remove the mattress. After they were done, I signed the paperwork saying nothing was damaged (again trusting that their shoes were clean). Shame on me for not looking closer at the carpet before signing, but what I found was grease and dirt marks left from their shoes. When I notified you, your company refused to assist with the cleaning costs because I had already signed the consent release. Lesson learned.”
