“The clothes are of great quality and I love the designs, but if you need to return or exchange the product it is very expensive to ship from the states. sometimes more than the cost of the contents inside.”

“Thank you very much, service was good and delivery was good too....sizeing I don't think was accurate which caused me to receive the wrong size...what are your returns policy?”

“The pants are too small, and I can’t return with the information you sent. No agency can use the return address sent. I STILL HAVE PANTS, BECAUSE I CANT SEND BACK.”

“I have returned one black trouser for exchange as size 40 was too big. I have requested for refund on white polo as it was too small I am also requesting for full refund of the next day delivery cost £6.99 i paid on another Order I made on 30th december 2021 which only arrived on 6th January 2022 Hope Mauvais will resolve all the above concerns. In fairness I love the quality and designs of the wears. More work should go into the sizes as they are either too small or too big.”
