Would give 0/5 if possible. Items not delivered. Not responded to on social media pages when asking for update. Think that once their brand is doing well they can completely ignore their customers. Massive shame!!

It took ages for the deliver and then when they came which was like a week late they were the wrong ones.

I hadn't received it, as the next day delivery I made on Saturday consistently came at the 10am-12pm day slot Monday-Wednesday instead. Being at work I could not be in to receive the parcel, nor did I have the option of diverting it to a local pick-up point. Consequently it has been sent back to yourselves. It was a real shame as I had really looked forward to receiving my order, however I was left with little control over the situation, and now am out of pocket for the next day delivery charge (& trousers unless they are received). Best,

Awful, awful material. Expected more traditional trouser material but they were a elastic spandex like material.

The trousers I ordered arrived faulty... half of the stitching was missing on the thigh. And to top things off, I had to pay £8 to send it back via the post office. A joke!

Hi Joe, I am really sorry to hear this. Although we have a strict QC process, sometimes the occasional faulty item passes through by accident. We will also offer an exchange or refund on faulty items and will also send out our own returns label.

Did not get my items. Very upset that I ordered some high quality materials only to be scammed.

I sent my refund back a number of weeks ago now and still have heard nothing. I had to pay to return them, and now ive een waiting nearly 3 weeks for confirmation of the return... Awful service.

Terrible service. Didn't receive my parcel until after 8 days when supposed to be next day then my refund I waited 14 days which is ridiculous! I really like the clothes but I wont be buying from you again.

Hi Jessica I am saddened to hear that you are not happy. It is our mission to ensure all of our customers receive an amazing experience. However, emailed you straight away to let you know we were experiencing some delays due to moving into a new distribution centre as we wanted to keep you in the loop. Also, you actually paid for normal delivery which is advertised as 1-3 days not next day. We then refunded you within 7 working days of receiving your return. Thanks

Hi Liam, Thank you for your review. I am saddened to hear that you have not had a good experience with us. The reason there was a delay with your order is because you put your email address in the house number section when filling out your shipping details. This meant our shipping provider could not send out your order. We sent multiple emails (and texts) asking for your correct address and once we received them we could finally send your order out. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are correct to stop any delays. We hope to see you shopping with us again.

Hi Callum, I am sorry to hear that you never received your item. We sent your order out to you on the same day that you ordered and a delivery attempt was made 2 days later but there was nobody home so a card was left. Your parcel has sat at the depot for over a month. Customer service non-existent and have been unable to get a refund for items I sent back weeks ago! Having to dispute through bank now.
