Hey Steven, sorry to hear about this - We make our exchange policy visible on our website and it states that we do not cover the shipping for returns unless the item is faulty. We do offer a cheaper shipping label to save costs.

“I really love your look but was really disappointed that the shirt I received was way too tight on sizing. I want to show off the shirt during an upcoming trip to Boston in 2 weeks but didn’t think I’d have time to do a return and get a larger shirt in time.”
