Hi Alessandro, Thanks for your review.I have investigated your order that was placed on April 22nd and seen that it was received by you on May 10th. We are sorry for the delay you have experienced on this order, our delivery partners are experiencing some delays due to covid-19. Wrong item sent. Emailed before arrival to say wrong item will Ben be delivered, and that must now print label and return and await replacement

We contacted all of our customers affected in advance to ensure that the correct procedure was in place to ensure for a quick exchange of product. I haven’t even received my order yet, I’ve been waiting over a week for it. I’ve got tracking number for the items I’ve ordered but hasn’t been updated since last week, I keep checking everyday and still says the same thing. Spoken to one of your colleagues Aoife about my delivery and say she will get an update in 48 hours which was on Tuesday this week. I totally understand with the current pandemic that things can be slow but I’m ordering clothes from other different websites and still receiving my items but this order is taking to long then expected

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I have tried contacting mauvais at least 6 times to no avail. I have been completely ignored. I have been requesting to have our return postage paid by the company because despite getting 2 sizes too big for my 12 year old boy and these being adult jeans, they still do not fit over his size 6.5 feet. The advert promoted stretchiness and they are not at all. I'm absolutely furious. This is £23 wasted on nothing. There's no number to call and you get ignored. I should report to trading standards. In fact I will.
