I still have not received my parcel and I have contacted you multiple times. I no longer want the parcel and asking for a refund.

Hi Luke I completely understand your frustration as you did not receive your order although the courier service stated it was lost in transit. This means we had fulfilled and sent your order out straight away and the courier service had lost it. Unfortunately this was out of our hands as we done everything we could to resolve this issue with the courier. We have compensated you with a gift card for the inconvenience this caused to you. Sent some items back over 2 weeks ago now to exchange for other items. I have still not received the items or even had a refund instead! Considering it cost me £11 to send it back I’m quite disappointed!

Hi Adam I am very sorry for your wait, unfortunately the items in the mystery box that you ordered are only exchangeable for the same item in different sizes, you requested completely different styles. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order, i’m not sure if you guys are dropshipping but this brand would have some serious potential if these times got lowered, i ordered on the 9th and it’s not gonna be here for Christmas!

There had been quite a lot of delays over the Christmas period and unfortunately it had an effect on how quick we could get our parcels sent out internationally. My order was received payment taken immediately, this was followed by my delivery being signed for by the driver of Hermes and still not being delivered, I have requested information from MAUVAIS and the response is awfully slow and next to pointless. Friends have ordered before and service was great however I just want to receive a full refund for incompetence and lack of regard for customers.

Terrible customer service! My purchase never arrived, the refund wasn't applied until now, I've been waiting more than a week and MAUVAIS can not get in touch with their assigned carrier Hermes! Moreover, as a customer, I was involved in miscommunication between them and carrier, I shouldn't be even bothered as this is nothing to do with me! Aoife McGovern from support service completely ignored me after we exchanged a few emails!

The quality was so poor. The tracksuit I purchased looked like it had been put through the wash so many times as the white was faded. the material looked cheap and to pay €20 for something that had to be returned due to the poor quality is ridiculous.

Hi Christopher Once a return is received at our warehouse our staff are allowed 2-3 days to process the returns on to our system. This can sometimes take longer if something has happened to the delivery or if it is a very busy period. Paid for next day delivery, didnt dispatch until the day after. No apologies for sending it out late even though paying for next day delivery. Had to send back with tracked delivery and spent £6 that wont get refunded. What a mess.

Hi Kai, Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We have just checked your return and you received the item you ordered. You requested you had a replacement pair in the style you ordered but this is the item you already had so we then refunded you.
