“Received my item and it already had a tear in the lining where the belt’s should go. Then decide’s to shrink after one wash, emailed customer support less than a week after receiving the item and got no response. Would not shop here again. Ever.”

Hi Umair I am sorry to hear that you have received a faulty product. I have just checked our emails and cannot find anything from yourself. Please can you send us an email with photos detailing the fault and we will send a replacement out as soon as possible. Our customers satisfaction is key :)

Hi Jamie I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. I have just taken a look at this for you - You ordered yesterday and this should have been with you today however our courier did not pick up your order until 2am this morning. This is on it's way to you and will arrive tomorrow. As a good will gesture we will refund your Next Day Delivery costs. Extremely sorry about the delay. We hope you like your products :)

“No reply to email for faulty goods. Cheap materials for t shirt. I cut it up and used it and clean”
