Hi Jamie I am very sorry that you did not receive a quick enough response from us, as we explained, staff members were sick at the time you had emailed in and we got back to you as soon as we could. Hi Luke I completely understand your frustration as you did not receive your order although the courier service stated it was lost in transit. This means we had fulfilled and sent your order out straight away and the courier service had lost it. Unfortunately this was out of our hands as we done everything we could to resolve this issue with the courier. We have compensated you with a gift card for the inconvenience this caused to you. “Sent some items back over 2 weeks ago now to exchange for other items. I have still not received the items or even had a refund instead! Considering it cost me £11 to send it back I’m quite disappointed!”

“It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order, i’m not sure if you guys are dropshipping but this brand would have some serious potential if these times got lowered, i ordered on the 9th and it’s not gonna be here for Christmas!”
