Item was tattered with holes and did not come in the right size. I’m not sure if this was a shipping issue or manufacturer issue. Either way I probably won’t order again.

Necklace came and the chain had links broken on it.. So it has little bumps going round it. Wanted to return for refund but packaging was lost

Hi Thomas I am so sorry you have not yet received your item. I have looked at your tracking and can see that there was actually a delivery attempt made on the 20th although there was no one at home. The courier has left a message for you to organise a redelivery. Kind Regards The Mauvais Team

Hi Francis Our team have emailed you regarding this. Your order was not shipped out a month ago as your item flagged up as fraud on our system we were unable to send your order out until we received confirmation from you and then your order was sent out on the 1st of June. It is taking longer than usual for standard international shipping to deliver due to coronavirus disruptions. Hi Sultan I am very sorry that you are not happy with the shipping method. You chose the international standard shipping, we have a faster service than this which is DHL EXPRESS. Unfortunately it does take longer than usual for standard international shipping at the minute as all delivery services are experiencing disruptions due to the current pandemic which is out of our control. I made a purchase about a month ago and I even paid for rush delivery and have not received any tracking info or anything about my purchase. I’ve sent several emails and no one has responded.I feel like I’ve been scammed. The customer service is non existent!

I have looked into this and seen that our customer service emailed you on May 21st stating we couldn't offer DHL Express on this order as the product page stated that this line would be dispatched on Friday and was a pre-order. We have kept you in the loop with the progress of this order throughout. This was dispatched on May 26th with tracking number: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RN654331625GB and is currently in New York. We refunded you the difference in postage straight away as a gesture of good will. Our shipping partners are also experiencing slightly slower deliveries than usual. I never received my chains in the mail. I am very disappointed in this company I had really high expectations for it as well. and if my chains do not coming soon I will press charges. And I still want the chains.

Once ordered it said 3-5 working days. It took over 2 weeks for the full order to arrive. The quality of clothing was not as good as I expected with the price.

And the remaining item followed shortly after which we informed you about. My product says it was delivered by royal mail to my address and I haven’t received it no’r have any of my fellow neighbours, Ive paid for something I haven’t gotten and I’d really like for this to be resolved

The pants were too tight and were way too small. I can’t ship them back because it cost closely to what I’ve initially paid for. I don’t know what to do with them. Ideally, I want to exchange for bigger size but it’s too expensive to return.

Ordered a pair of jeans but never received them. Contacted customer service, apparently someone else signed for my parcel. Mauvais would not send another pair. Had to flag transaction as fraud. Would never use again. Poor customer service.

We opened an investigation with Royal Mail and they confirmed that the parcel had been successfully delivered and they could offer no more assistance. Hi Amayas, Thanks for your review. You placed your order with us on May 11th using Standard International delivery which usually takes 5-7 days. Unfortunately with Covid, our delivery partners are experiencing slight delays. Our express DHL option is much faster with delivery in just 2-4 days. We are now investigating this as the parcel tracking states that it left the UK on May 15th and there has not been an update since. We will find a solution for you asap. Thanks The Mauvais Team

Hi Serdar, Thanks so much for your review. I have investigated your order and can see that there was initially a delivery attempt on May 6th but there was nobody in to receive the parcel. The parcel was finally received on May 19th after a second attempt. The initial delivery attempt was in the time guidelines we provide for parcels to Germany.
