Hey Charbel, sorry to hear about his - Can see the item you ordered is a Slim Fit which we would advise you to size up if you want a more comfortable fit. We would also recommend following the washing label inside the top to avoid shrinking in the future.

“This experience was the most horrible experience ever. I have been trying to return items which has been nearly impossible. The sizing to the clothing was off. Everything was just horrible. My first and last time ordering.”

Hey Rachel, we have received no request for a refund, this was marked as "Failed to deliver" so was returned back to us - I have just processed a refund today which should be with you within the next 7 days.
