My sons birthday pre order & first time, on pair of trousers were sent wrong by mistake. Same as others, so need to return for a refund. Hence son only has one pair now, quality of top & trousers look great .

I ordered a size 30 r which is always been my size for years but was way to small so sent back just waiting for size 32 to arrive, hopefully soon, there are some other nice clothes I want to order but I hope the sizes don't keep altering and if 32 fits it well be the same for other trousers

Wrong item sent. Emailed before arrival to say wrong item will Ben be delivered, and that must now print label and return and await replacement

We contacted all of our customers affected in advance to ensure that the correct procedure was in place to ensure for a quick exchange of product. Purchased a top 7 days ago, it still hasn’t arrived. No email notification to explain it has even been dispatched, I emailed to request the status of my order and no response. Communication is very poor.

Hi Dionne We have checked this issue out and can see that delivery attempts were made to the address you had given us although you were not in to receive your parcel. Your parcel then went to your local holding center and is now on it's way back to us as you had not picked it up within their holding time period. We will have your parcel re-sent to the address given when we receive it at our warehouse. Please also bare in mind that we have fewer staff due to COVID-19 safety precautions and are doing our best to get through emails in a timely matter. Kind Regards The Mauvais Team
