Very poor quality! I bought this for a gift for my partner and it came with no box or anything! Looks and feels very cheap! Not happy.

Hi Brett I am so so sorry this has happened, we pride ourselves in producing the best quality garments that last not just one wear or one wash, a life time! This may have been a fault from the manufacturers which we apologise for. In regards to our customer service team, our team done their upmost best to resolve this issue for you although you were very aggressive and abusive to our staff which we will never tolerate. Schlechtester Kundensupport ever... Meine Hose hat nicht gepasst und sein über einem Monat nach Rücksendung habe ich keinen Ersatz bekommen. Bei meiner ersten Supportanfrage wurde ich besänftigt und habe mich drauf eingelassen. Meine zweite Anfrage jedoch nach 2 Wochen später wurde nicht beantwortet. Mein Geld habe ich nicht bekommen. Besser FINGER WEG!

Funny the name Mauvais means bad in French, incidentally that’s what the customer service was. I awaited for the clothes I wanted to come back in stock, then purchased a short and shirt combo. I had to wait a further three weeks for a confirmation email that I had bought the clothes. A lady emailed me who works for the company, blaming a change in warehouse for the delay. All in all my items came about a month after ordering them. Arriving late for a birthday gift. The shorts were medium and fit medium the shirt is medium although is so tight it’s like an extra small. Very disappointed with this company, complete let down. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

I am so sorry that you have experienced this, unfortunately, we did struggle with our previous fulfilment centre which caused a lot of issues and our team tried very hard to pick up the pieces and amend issues. We are now at a new fulfilment centre which is very reliable and these issues should not reoccur. The product itself is absolutely fine. However the service prior to that was very poor and makes me not want to purchase again. So firstly the order did not arrive within more than the timescale. Tried on various different platforms to get some help with no response. Eventually I did get a response and was told about why it was late and that I would get an email when it would be on its way so I could make sure I was in. I did not get an email when it was on it’s way so I had to go to the sorting office after missing it because of no email.

I have looked into this and can see that you emailed our team on 2 occasions and we replied to both emails although unfortunately we received no further communication from you. I am very sorry if you did not receive a response on our social media pages, we recommend customers contact us via email due to the high volume of messages we receive on social media every day making it impossible to get back to everyone in time. I regard to the confirmation email, we sent this to the email you had made your order with but I can see that you emailed us on a different email address. Hi Alex I am so sorry about this. Please note that returns may take up to 16 working days to be processed at the moment. We are closely monitoring all the latest information on COVID-19 and have been following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. These precautions include reduced staffing, closing our warehouse at the weekends and extra cleaning at our warehouses. This has caused a delay to the returns process unfortunately. Hi Harold We did not scam you, we sent your parcel to the shipping address that you provided and then you moved house therefore you could not have received the parcel. The parcel travelled to your address in the US and was unable to be delivered due to you moving to a new address. We were completely unaware of your move and the parcel then made it's way back to the UK to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery. You have now been refunded for your order. Unfortunately, they created a lot of issues for us and we tried our very best to resolve these issues. The pants were broken when they arrived, I sent them back after it cost me $130. I have not heard back from them for almost a month about reimbursement and new pants. Terrible service

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers in mid July one pair did not fit so returned them they received them on the 27th July and I am still yet to recieve the nedt size up even after multiple messages sent also asked for a refund but no response still!
