“Look I'm going to put a 3 star review due to this being an independent label, and probably still finding its feet. However I ordered some trousers from the website and paid the extra for a next day delivery. The wrong trousers turned up and I've tried to resolve this and really haven't received any really decent customer service. I've had to Email 3 times send pictures of the wrong item I've been sent and nudge them for a response. I'm still waiting on a returns label so I can send them back and actually get the pair I bought over a week ago now.”

“The trousers I ordered arrived faulty... half of the stitching was missing on the thigh. And to top things off, I had to pay £8 to send it back via the post office. A joke!”

Hi Joe, I am really sorry to hear this. Although we have a strict QC process, sometimes the occasional faulty item passes through by accident. We will also offer an exchange or refund on faulty items and will also send out our own returns label.
