I have forgotten, however, to use my discount code as a first-time buyer - it would have been nice had this been an automatic part of the check out experience.”

“There was an issue with the website when I placed my order, so I had a PayPal receipt but no order confirmation. Once I got in touch with M&W to query this, they rectified the issue and shipped my order out quickly. The packaging was not great unfortunately and one plate had smashed in transit. This was replaced though, with no quibbling. The Linear range is fantastic quality, so despite a few hiccups, I'd recommend Maxwell & Williams.”
