“I looked everywhere for a particular mug for my daughter, and managed to find it on Maxwell Williams website. It seemed to take no time at all to be dispatched. Best of all, as nobody was at home the postman took it to our local Post Office instead of the main sorting office. The mug and other goods were well packaged, arrived unbroken and are just as they look on the website. Perfect.”

“The web site is easy to negotiate, has clear displays of the items in question (in my case mug sets) and sizes if relevant. Ordering is straightforward and quickly acknowledged. So far so good. They advise they will send an email to advise when dispatched. This is where it falls down a little. I haven't received a second email, but did receive the goods today, on the forth working day after ordering, so not all bad in this respect. The packaging though, was a little over the top, so I've got a lot more to recycle than is truly necessary.”
