“Excellent website purchase procedure. However, certain mug sets weren't under the "mug sets" tab. Also there is no following up of the order dispatch and I had to call the very helpful customer support.”

“I wanted to give these glasses to my son who lives 238 miles away. Despite entering his delivery details (three times) goods are still being delivered to my address. Web site is rubbish - very user unfriendly. You have not even addressed the issues I raised in the e-mail I sent - just asked for this review. “Great products for an affordable price. I have been using M&W for more than 2 years day in day out while serving breakfast and sometimes dinner to our guests (bed & breakfast). Rarely do any get broken, and they wash nicely in a dishwasher. Overall very satisfied with these products, and curious about future collections.”
