“By delivering my order well within the 2-5 days after ordering, even though I was notified that, due to a warehouse relocation, my order could be delivered in a time period 'up to 14 days'. This purchase is for a Birthday present, so the prompt delivery will make it in time for the recipient's Birthday. Thank-you. Andrea Treeby, Northamptonshire.”

“The product ordered was apparently out of stock, although no mention of this was made on the website at the time of purchase. The order was cancelled, and so that was it. If you are using a third party to distribute your goods, perhaps you should reappraise the situation.”
