“I am not at all happy with my purchase. I was given the impression that, as a first time buyer, I would receive 10% off the purchase price. However, there did not appear to be anywhere on the purchasing page to enter the 'Welcome10' code which I had previously been sent by email and when I moved on to the PayPal page there was no way of going back.l”
