“I have only scored my experience as 'poor' because there were lots of broken links on the website. I really wanted 20cm pasta / soup bowls not 18cm cereal bowls but every pasta bowl link I clicked on gave me an Error404 result. Impossible to tell if these are available or not.”

“It didn't go very well. of 8 mini sauce jugs delivered, two were chipped and the five china mugs I ordered were (all) cancelled by the sender as one was chipped. Why not send me the other 4? Not what I expected, but I still like the brand and will give the benefit of the doubt that I was just unlucky this time.”

“I"m happy to rate you a 5. The website is very good. But don't by so needy and expect every purchase (even for returning customers) that we have the time or the energy to write something positive. I won't review you again - the fact that you force me to fill out this area is annoying.”
