“I emailed your customer services to complain about a red water jug that has become patchy as the red wore off. Instead of some sort of reply I found myself added to your newsletter. This was unsolicited and unwelcome. In general your products are of quality . However in this instance my water jug fell below your expected standards and I am still waiting the decency of your reply!!”
