“Crockery ordered for dinner party did not arrive within the 5 days advertised. Phoned to chase and was told I had to email (so why provide a phone number). Response was just that there had been high number of orders (which is not my problem) and that it would arrive the following week. Missed the dinner party. Emailed back to say it would have been helpful to let people know and express dissatisfaction but no reply. Will now have surplus crockery as it's too late. Very disappointed 😔”
