Hi Mary, thank you for your review. We're glad you like your butter dish! In response to your point on delivery charges, we use a 3rd party logistics warehouse for all our orders, who use a courier company to deliver and these unfortunately are their charges to us per parcel. “I was so delighted with my first order as the packaging of goods was excellent; so much so that there is next to no chance of any breakages. When I placed an order that was accepted and then could not be processed, I received an email with a full explanation and immediate refund with a most sincere apology. After sales service is so important and Maxwell & Williams after sales service was superb.”
