“Hi! I was very pleased with the service. They said 3 to 5 days for delivery but only took 2! I used Live Chat which I generally avoid as it is so time-consuming but the responses were quick. But most importantly the receiver very much liked the present. Stay Safe Brian”

“Can’t believe this happened in a big jewellery company! Made an online purchase on 05/10, still hasn’t received the product! Wrote two emails to them, no response at all and now they sent me an email asked me to write a review about the purchase! Very disappointing experience and have asked for a refund from PayPal! The product is showing estimated delivery on 12/10 on the shipping company website, and it still showing the same information on the website today!Where is the item now?”

“The watch is fine but at looking at the watch it seems like display item as packaging was missing on strap and main glass. Rest at the moment it is working fine.”
