Kathryn Smith was my negotiater person, can’t ever answer phone or emails. Lost my business and they put a lien on my business because of her. She said she wil do her best and that was 20 K over my loan plus fees that was not explained! Stay away from this company it’s a scam. Small business have enough to deal with and with all this bad reviews MCA still working and operating. No one is listening unfortunately.”
“Horrible, they offered me they services in 12/2023 when I had two high interest daily business loans and advised that they would reduse my payments and save me money, instead they sat me up with monthly payments to they company in Pennsylvania, the person in charge of my file name Kendra Parker was advised that she could be reachable by email only, telling that they reached negotiations, in February both Lendzy and last Chance Finances placed a liens on my Stripe account with DoorDash and Bloomnation - the platforms that I sell my floral arrangements so from 02/08 I'm not getting paid for my online retail sale! MCA Dead Advisers keep sending me to my bank to notarize the release, I notaries two letters both for Lendzy and LCF and nothing has been done, the liens still on my Stripe and I'm not getting paid. I would highly unrecommend using MCA dead Advisors for any of "advising" services because of the delays and procrastination and unprofessional attitude of the staff that keep telling that I'm not listening that they trying to assist me, time shows that it is no help and they put themselves on a monthly payroll, I can't afford them if they not removing those liens off my Stripe account!”

“Awful business, awful people. They prey on people struggling financially. They take your money, they do not contact the creditors, then make more of a mess and they keep your money.

“I signed up for this company to assist with some merchant advances I received… they do not communicate once you signed agreements! They drafted my account almost $1k and I informed them it set me back financially and they didn’t care just stated to bring payments lower and I told them I want to cancel then she going to tell me there is a 5% cancellation fee which I understand but they want to charge a fee for a none verified balance from when we started the process…. These people are crooks and you will end up paying a lot more money to them in the end once I told her I want to cancel she started to get rude and say I can’t answer anymore questions since you canceled like who says that and they don’t respond to the emails I send to them trying to at least get half of my money back they refuse to help when that’s what they are there for what a joke 😂😂 I also see other reviews they want to mention the 5% fee that is crazy that’s how they making money by contacting people lenders when they want to and they start taking money way before they come to any agreements I want to see what they response gonna be to my review hehe many other companies told me these people with ruin me”
“Le puedo desir con DCA Debt Advisors , nada salio bien , me prometieron que me ayudarian a aliviar o a pagar mi deuda mas tranquilamente y que ellos hiban a lidear con quien yo tenia el prestamo y empece a pagarle estos intermediarios o no se como llamarlos pues son lo peor que existe en este pais , es una lastima que halla personas tan deshonestas que se ganen el dinero tan feo o denigrante y que no sean capaces de por lo menos tener la desencia de cumplir con lo que prometieron . Por culpa de ellos casi pierdo mi negosio , pues nunca trataron o trabajaron en mi caso y mucho menos proponerle a las personas con los que yo tenia el prestamo que me facilitaran hacerle los pagos un poco mas comodos pues hasta que ellos llegaron yo estaba haciendo puntualmente mis pagos con trabajo pero estaba al dia pues nunca me e negado a pagar pues se que deuda es deuda , pero MCA me degracio la vida . Y para colmo me acaba de llegar una demanada de parte de las personas con los que tenia el prestamo y cuando me comunico con MCA me dicen que mi caso esta cerrado , son lo peor como compania como negosio , nunca te atienden no cojen el telefono, quien te atiende es una resepcionista muy bien entrenada para desir que no estan disponibles”

“OMG! I had to reach out and put a review. My life was in such a bad place but thank God I reach out to a place called MCA. Everybody was absolutely pleasant and wonderful. From the first conversation with Mike and couple others that I talk too. I had a pleasure of working with Mini Robin's who was my rep negotiator in taking care of my horrific creditor,who was harassing my family day and night. Mini was professional ,caring and accommodating to my needs ,she literally went over everything step by step and even kept me updated on my file. She literally did exactly what she said she will do. She save my business and probably my life. I was getting ready to file bankruptcy. She literally went above and beyond and save me thousands monthly. I am forever grateful for MCA.
